Hey guys,
So Andrew read Mom a list of German composers, and thus mom figured I should write a entire post about one, so here goes... For my post, I decided to research Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. This info will be from the Wikipedia article on him.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart 27 January 1756 – 5 December 1791), baptised as Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart,[2] was a prolific and influential composer of the Classical era.
He composed over 600 works, many acknowledged as pinnacles of symphonic, concertante, chamber, operatic, and choral music. He is among the most enduringly popular of classical composers, and his influence on subsequent Western art music is profound; Beethoven composed his own early works in the shadow of Mozart, and Joseph Haydn wrote that "posterity will not see such a talent again in 100 years."
Mozart showed prodigious ability from his earliest childhood. Already competent on keyboard and violin, he composed from the age of five and performed before European royalty. At 17, he was engaged as a court musician in Salzburg, but grew restless and travelled in search of a better position, always composing abundantly. While visiting Vienna in 1781, he was dismissed from his Salzburg position.
He chose to stay in the capital, where he achieved fame but little financial security. During his final years in Vienna, he composed many of his best-known symphonies, concertos, and operas, and portions of the Requiem, which was largely unfinished at the time of his death. The circumstances of his early death have been much mythologized. He was survived by his wife Constanze and two sons.
This was just a very brief overview of Mozart, if you want full information, here's the link to the full Wikipedia article. Hope you all didn't get too bored, I'll catch you next time.

New News:)
Hey guys,
There isn't much new going on around here today, the guys are out in the shop working on our feed truck that we bought at an auction sale earlier this year, Mom is doing a session, Cora is playing on her piano, and I'm doing my school work...
It has been very cold here over the past few days, with wind chills down to -30 I think, I'm not sure, all I know is it wasn't nice outside... The thermometer says it's all the way up to 3 degrees now though, so I think I'll go sunbathe...... :P
I rode my snowmobile twice already, and it is very powerful! Andrew has also found a snowmobile he is probably going to buy, so we're going to be doing some riding (maybe a little bit of brother vs. brother ice racing too:P) this winter. :)
For our history in school, Mom and I are watching several documentaries about World War 2, seeing how I've gotten interested in the history of that war over the past year. It is some very interesting material!
Please pray for some nice warm weather for us so we can get our calves worked and weaned, as that still has to get done yet... Anyway, have a nice day everybody, I'll talk to you all later, Jacob B. :)

My new tank!
Hey guys,
So during the Black Friday sale for World of Tanks, I decided to pick myself up a KV-5! (click here for full technical details of the ingame machine) Mom decided it would be a good topic for a blog post so here goes. :)
The main reason why I wanted this particular tank was because I had been told that it made LOTS of credits, more then other tier 8 premium tanks, and that sounded very tempting, another reason, it has the most hit points of all the tier 8 heavies as far as I know.
The gun is pretty bad, but it will do pretty decent damage when you penetrate. The armor is good, but its loaded with weak spots. However, there's more then just 1 way to deal damage in this game... :P
This tank is literally MADE for ramming. It weighs *gasp* 100 metric tons *gasp* and when going downhill can get up to 40 kilometers per hour. even on normal ground it will move fairly well though, because it has a 1200 HP engine... O.O
I don't really like the fact that the tank is as big as a barn, but hey, when you have 280 more HP then the next best tier 8 heavy, you kinda expect it to be big... So far I like the tank, I don't always do the best in it, but it's fun nonetheless.
Here's a goodbye picture of my new beast. :)

School is back in session... -_-
Hey guys,
So Mom has officially started school now, so you all can expect a wall of text from me most every week day for a while now... I'll at least try to keep it interesting to read if at all possible... :P
So yesterday Dad; Andrew and I worked on cleaning out a little hopper bin and grinding some grain into ground feed for the milk cow and other animals, and putting it in said bin that we cleaned out...
That kept us busy most of the day, Mom went to town and Cora stayed home and worked around the house.
We are finished with our corn harvest thankfully, we got a lot of it in bins, took several truck loads to town and have a pile on the ground as well. We're busy getting stuff ready for winter, we got the cows moved home as well, but they still have to be sorted and worked...
Andrew has been working on repairing more vehicles in his spare time, along with harvesting a neighbor's crop as well, but stuff has started to slow down a little bit, so I'm sure we'll be working on winter vehicle projects again this year... :)
I still play World of Tanks a lot in my spare time, if anybody else plays WoT, give me a comment, maybe we could platoon sometime! :) Anyways, I'll talk to you all later, have a good day.

Birthday!
Hey guys,
Yesterday I turned 18 years old! I had a pretty good day driving around the state with Mom, doing a little bit of shopping in Bismarck, and at home with the family. :) Thanks for the great time everyone. :)
Right away in the morning Mom and I took off to go to the tiny little town of Zap to look at a dirt bike I was planning on buying. Well when we got there it wasn't what I was told it was, so we just turned right around and headed back towards home.
When we got to Bismarck, Mom took me out for lunch, then we picked up the injection pump for the combine which we were having worked on, and then we went to the powersports dealer and I gave myself a birthday present of a new snowmobile helmet and goggles for the season... :)
Then we went shopping and bought a nice leather coat for me, and then went home. :) When we got home, Cora had made home made pizza so we had a great supper! :) I'll let you know what gifts I got later, but I'll just say one of my gifts was a toothpick... ;)
Until next time, Jacob B. :)

Ramble Ramble...
Hey guys,
Not much going on today, so Mom has me doing school work while she's up in Bismarck doing sessions, so here goes another post... :P I'll try not to bore you all to death... :P
Anyway, Cora and Andrew left on Friday to go visit some friends and help them out with their corn maze! They should be coming home sometime today, so lets hope the roads are good for them. :)
It's raining outside again, we've gotten pretty wet here over the past week, which is being a real problem with people wanting to harvest, but I guess I'd rather have rain for next year then no moisture...
So yeah, we've pretty much been waiting for it to dry down and it decided it didn't want to dry down... -_- Anyway, I'll probably be writing more here in the near future, so I'll talk to you all later, Jacob B. :)

It's wet!
Hey guys,
So it's been a while sense I've written you all again, I've been keeping busy in the shop and a little bit of school work with a good bit of goofing off mixed in as well... :P I do think mom wants me to get to school soon though so we might as well get this last year over with...
Two Friday's ago, Mom, Andrew and I went down to Rapid City to attend a class and a expo. We all had a good time and even went to see Mount Rushmore one night, and stopped into Wall Drug on the way home! :)
Other then that, it's been pretty much just waiting for the corn to dry down enough to harvest, we we're thinking we could get going this week sometime but then it rained over the weekend so the harvest has been pushed back some...
On another note, I may be looking into buying a classic car. I'm not sure what I want to do about that yet, but I'll let you all know when I know... :P Anyway, I'll talk to you all later, Jacob B! :)
