- Go to the drivers licence division in the transportation building.
- Wait in line, if any.
- Show valid ND ID, which can be a birth certificate and social security number.
- Fill out a form.
- Pay $5 to take the written test.
- If pass, return to the examiner, if fail, leave.
- Have your eyes checked in machine.
- If pass, they take your picture, if fail, leave.
- Pay $10 more.
- Wait for permit to print.
- Verify information
- Leave.
And that is what I did up in Bismark yesterday, along with a whole lot of other stuff.
